Mr. Dave Grubbs

Dave Grubbs, 76, of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, March 15th at Conroe Regional Medical Center. A graveside service will be held at 10:00am, Tuesday, March 17th at Oakland Cemetery in Navasota. Alvin “Little Wayne” White, Jr., will preside. A reception luncheon will follow at the VFW Post 4006 in Navasota. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
David was born on October 13, 1938 in Flynn, Texas to Robert Pue and Jimmie (Spear) Grubbs. He married Jacqueline Lee Stow on December 12, 1955 in Lubbock, Texas. Dave was a master plumber, musician and enjoyed raising chickens.
He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Jackie; his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
