Mrs. Nicole Abbott

Mrs. Nicole Abbott, 45, of Shiro passed away Thursday, May 5th at Chi St. Joseph Health Regional Hospital in Bryan. Visitation with family and friends will take place from 5:00 - 8:00pm, Thursday, May 12th at Nobles Funeral Chapel. A celebration of her life will be at 10:00am, Friday, May 13th, also at the funeral home. Internment will be in Shiro Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.

Nicole was born on September 7, 1970 in Ansonia, Ohio to Charles John and Clara Belle Burk. On September 9, 1989, she married Deodoro Abbott. The couple resided in Shiro and raised their two children.

Nicole enjoyed family time, particularly times spent spoiling her grandchildren. She loved music and loved to dance. A favorite pastime for many years, riding horses and trailriding with family and friends was something she particularly enjoyed.

She leaves behind a loving husband and best friend of almost 27 years, Deodoro "Dody" Abbott of Shiro, a daughter Crystal Abbott of Oakhurst; son and daughter-in-law Deodoro Jr. and Cheyenne of Shiro; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Henry and Cindy Abbott of Shiro and Linda and Donald LaSalle of Singleton; mother-in-law Janie Abbott of Shiro and grandchildren Briley Rayne Gladney, Deodoro Abbott, III., Nickles Charles Abbott and Colby Lee Gladney.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
