Mrs. Cora Lee Walkoviak

September 26, 1931 - January 30, 2018

Mrs. Cora Lee Walkoviak, 86 of Bedias passed away Tuesday, January 30th at Hospice Brazos Valley in Bryan. Visitation with family and friends will be held Friday, February 2nd from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at Nobles Funeral Chapel. A celebration of her life will be at 10:00am, Saturday, February 3rd, also at the funeral home, with interment following in Independence Cemetery in Shiro. Cora was born September 26, 1931 in Madisonville, Texas to Royal and Ida (Morris) Henderson. She married Frank Walkoviak, Jr., on January 29, 1956 and together they raised two children. Clara worked alongside her husband on the family land. She is survived by her daughter, Jo Ann Walkoviak, son David Walkoviak; granchildren Ashley Danielle and David Colby Walkoviak and great-grandchildren Davod Ja-Kolby Walkoviak and Penelope Grace Walkoviak. Serving as pallbearers are David Batey, Edward Davis, David F. Walkoviak, David C. Walkoviak, John Barr and Ted Cleghorn. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband and brother.
