Mr. David N. Beabey, 60, of Iola died in a tragic car accident Wednesday, August 14, 2013 on FM 244 N. CR 324. A visitation was held Saturday, August 17 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. The funeral service followed at 11:00 a.m. at Nobles Funeral Chapel. Interment was held Monday, August 19, at 12:00 noon in Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Houston. Arrangements were under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
David was born on Thursday, May 21, 1953 in Bournemouth, England, the son of Norman Sidney Beabey and Audrey May (Pentney) Beabey.
He married Theresa C. Tadlock on May 29, 1982 in Houston, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Theresa Beabey of Iola; sister, Linda Harvey and husband Peter of Cypress; half sisters, Barbara, Jean and Sue; brothers, Barry Beabey of Florida and Michael Beabey and wife Helen of Cypress; and numerous nieces and nephews.
