Dell Seale

October 5, 1945 — June 16, 2013

Lillian Adelle "Dell" Seale, 67, of Navasota passed away suddenly Sunday, June 16, 2013 at her home. Visitation with the family will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 19th at Nobles Funeral Chapel. A funeral service is set for Thursday, June 20th at 10:00 a.m. at Nobles Funeral Chapel with the Rev. C. McAllister "Mac" Vaughn officiating. Interment will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Anderson.

She was born October 5, 1945 the third of four children to Rayburn and Lillian Harrington. Dell was a floral designer for 50 years, creating her masterpieces at the Rose Shop, Loves, Granny's Wildflower and Ya Ya's. During this time she acquired a nursing degree and spent some years at the Grimes County Hospital caring for others in her special enduring ways. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Navasota.

Amazing Dell was always there; births, weddings, birthdays, Christmas, Chamber of Commerce Employee of the Year, funerals, sicknesses and parties. She was a part of our lives in so many ways, doing little things that made us feel special, always knowing the right flowers or colors without asking and taking care of all of us.

She is survived by three daughters, Sherri Hughey of North Zulch, Julie Hathorn and husband Chris of Navasota and Stefani Jarrells and husband Ronnie of Humble; seven grandchildren, Chase Meekins, Tanner Torres, Trainer Malinak, Lexi Ridings, Foster McGraw, Lane Jarrells and Cheyloh Hathorn; and great grandson Ryder Ridings.

She is also survived by her sister Gay Imhoff and husband Joe of Plantersville, brother Jim Boy Harrington and wife Michele of Navasota and sister Anne Weaks of Navasota.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Wayne Hughey, second husband Bobby Seale and grandson, Logan Sechelski.

Serving as pallbearers are Bo Imhoff, Frankie Imhoff, Rayburn Imhoff, Cole Harrington, all of Plantersville, Hunter Harrington of Navasota, Slade Weaks of The Woodlands, Clay Weaks of Plantersville and Cheyloh Hathorn of Navasota.

Dell "Mama D", everyone who knew you, loved you. You are a treasure who will be truly missed and remembered.
