Mr. Earl Sword Jr.

Mr. Earl Edward Sword, Jr., 56 of Iola, passed away Sunday, November 22nd at his home. A benefit will be held to help cover expenses from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Sunday, December 20th at Smitty K's in Collegwe Station. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Nobles Funeral Chapel.

Earl was born in Houston on November 1, 1964. He never met a stranger and could put a smile on anyones face. He loved his years of firefighting as well as cooking and he had an unconditional love for his dogs. He loved his job at Smitty K's in College Station and considered them his extended family. When not at work, he spent most of his time caring for his parents. He was one of a kind and loved by so many.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Cassandra and Troy Young; son Mason Sword; sisters and brothers-in-law Sharon and Monte Simmonds and Samantha and Michael Kimich and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Earl was preceded in death by his parents, Earl, Sr., and Wanda Sword.
