Mr. Robert Kelly Barker

Robert Kelly Barker, 57 of Caldwell, passed away Tuesday, July 13th at CHI St. Joseph Burleson Manor in Caldwell. A celebration of his life is planned by his family for September 25th. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Nobles Funeral Chapel.
Robert was born in Bryan, Texas on June 20, 1964 to Raymond “Rip” Barker and Jo Ellen Dawson. He grew up in the Peach Creek Community and enjoyed life. He loved to fish, hunt and spend time with his family. He was especially proud of his neices and nephew and treasured any time spent with them.
Robert is survived by his mother, Jo Ellen Dawson; sister and brother-in-law Beckie and Kevin Burkhalter; brothers Billy, Danny and Timothy Barker; nephew Jimmy; neices Jennifer, Amanda, Brandi, Rachell and Katie and a special Aunt Shirley Perry who was like a mother to him and always there when needed.
He was preceded in death by wife Rosie Mowdy Barker; father Raymond “Rip” Barker; brother Chris Barker; grandparents Tom and Ina Mae Barker and Alton and Cookie Dawson.
