Brenda Sue Richardson

Brenda Sue Richardson, 67, of Montgomery, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 surrounded by her loving family. Interment will be held in the family section of Wheat Cemetery in Millican. Private burial services are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.

Brenda Sue was born to her parents, Harold Ray and Ramona Smith Richardson, on Saturday, September 13, 1958, in Jacksboro, Texas. Following high school she attended college. She was married to Edward Fails and they spent 41 wonderful years together. Brenda was a homemaker raising her wonderful daughters, Lauren and Brooke. She poured her endless love and devotion into these young ladies. She was blessed by the birth of her grandchildren whom she enjoyed doing various crafts with. They would spend hours making bracelets and talking late into the night. She and Ed loved to go out to enjoy live music and see her favorite bands perform. She was loving and caring and devoted her life to her family. She was a beautiful soul who saw the goodness in people and spread kindness to everyone she met.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Ramona and her brother Harold Dwayne.

She is survived by her beloved husband Edward Fails; her daughters, Lauren Brock and husband Jared, Brooke Camp and husband Dustin; her grandchildren Kylie, Elayna, Catherine, Morgan; her sister Theresa Lane and husband Ricky; her nieces Crystal Cooper and Taylor Cooper; great niece Londyn; her bonus siblings; Jim Johnson, Deborah Hayes and husband John, Dennis Johnson and wife Beverly; various nieces and nephews; her close friends and other family members.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be given to the SPCA in Memory of Brenda Sue Richardson.
