In Loving Memory of Cassandra Rayne “Casey” Isbell-Fletcher
December 18, 1973 – October 10, 2026

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Cassandra Rayne Isbell-Fletcher, lovingly known as Casey to nearly everyone who knew her, on October 10, 2026, in College Station, Texas, at the age of 52.

Born in Conroe, Texas, on December 18, 1973, Casey was a devoted wife, a loving mother, a proud grandmother, a sister, and a friend. She was a woman who could be counted on by so many. Casey was strong, hardworking, and the kind of person who did what needed to be done, no matter how difficult the circumstances. She gave of herself in ways that may never be fully understood or repaid, and the love behind those sacrifices will remain part of her legacy forever.

Seven years ago, Casey married her best friend, Raymond “Doc” Fletcher. Their marriage was a special chapter in her life, built on the bond of friendship and the love they shared. She leaves behind a husband who was her best friend and a family who will forever cherish the life and memories they shared with her.

Casey had a way of being someone others could lean on, and her absence will be felt deeply by the many people who depended on her. The woman who spent so much of her life showing up for others leaves behind a family and a community who will forever carry pieces of her strength, her determination, and her love. Though her family must now learn to navigate life without her physical presence, the lessons she taught and the love she gave will continue to guide them.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Peggy Jean McDaniel; her father, Carlos “Sonny” Ray Isbell; and her beloved son, Dalton Troy Love.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of seven years, Raymond “Doc” Fletcher; her daughter, Carlissa DyAnn Desautel, and son-in-law, Ethan Nollkamper; her sons, William Michael Austin Desautel and William Thomas Love; and her cherished grandson, Nolan Lee Nollkamper. She is also survived by her bonus children, Cody Fletcher and Jacqui Fletcher; her stepfather, Jeff McDaniel; her siblings, Michael Wayne Isbell, Drexel Ray Isbell, Amber Swearengen, Crystal Isbell, and Destiny McDaniel; along with many beloved nieces and nephews.

Casey’s life was one of hard work, devotion, resilience, and love. Her family will remember her as the woman who stood behind them, cheered them on, made sacrifices for them, and found a way to keep going even when life was hard.

Though her passing leaves a hole in the hearts of those who knew and loved her, her story does not end here. She lives on in her children, her grandson, her family, and every life she touched. The road ahead will be different without her, but the love she gave will remain a constant companion.

You were the one so many leaned on, the one who always found a way, and the one whose love held so much together. The impact you made will live on in all of us.
