Don Lemon

Donald Wayne Lemon, 80, passed away at home on January 15, 2024, in Plantersville, TX.

Don is survived by Billie Lemon- wife, Emily Priesmeyer - daughter and husband Jason Priesmeyer, Sarah Hart - daughter, Kyle Lemon - son and wife Cendra Lemon, Caroline Funderburg - granddaughter and husband Clay Funderburg, Natalie Blanchard - granddaughter and husband Jordan Blanchard, Madeleine Hart- granddaughter, Sophie Priesmeyer - granddaughter, Glenn Lemon - grandson, Morgan Lemon - grandson, Verlyn Bounds - sister, and Janice Thomas - niece.

Don is preceded in death by Glenn Lemon - father, Rosa Lemon - mother.

Don Lemon served on many different organizations throughout his lifetime, including, Navasota ISD school board, numerous volunteer positions at Montgomery United Methodist Church, Grimes County Appraisal Review Board, and a longtime member of the Masonic Lodge.

After 30 years with State Farm Insurance, Don retired and enjoyed raising cattle and lending a helping hand to all of his neighbors. Everyone who knew him has a story to tell about how he helped them and served his community.

The service for Donald Lemon will be held on Friday, January 26th at 2:00 P.M. at Montgomery United Methodist Church.
