Jeanine May Hereford

December 5, 1950 — December 28, 2018

Jeanine May Hereford, 68 of Navasota, passed away Thursday, December 28th at CHI St. Joseph Regional Hospital in Bryan. Visitation with family and friends will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 pm, Wednesday, January 2nd at Nobles Funeral Chapel. A celebration of her life will be at 10:00 am Thursday, January 3rd, also at the funeral home. Rev. Kyle Childress and Rev. Floyd Hoke will officiate. Interment will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Anderson. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.

Jeanine was born in Houston on December 5, 1950 to Ben and Lula Mae (Swearingen) May. She is survived by daughters and son-in-law Rachel and Brett Muegge of Old Washington and Kristie Derrett of Anderson; son and daughter-in-law Darren and Chantel Derrett of Roans Prairie; brother and sister-in-law Terry and Sue May of Chocolate Springs; grandchildren Brady Derrett, Austin Derrett, Tyler Derrett, Elizabeth Davis, Abby Kurten and Rhen Muegge; great-grandson Laylynn Kurten and nephews Michael May and Brad May.

Serving as pallbearers are Austin Derrett, Brady Derrett, Tyler Derrett, Michael May, Darrell Dietrich and Brett Muegge.

Jeanine was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Roy May, Tommy May and Ben Wayne May.
