Mrs. Lisa Buttafuoco Seigle, 57, of Willis, Texas passed away Saturday, August 3, 2024, at her home. Visitation with family and friends will be on Friday, August 9, from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Plantersville. A Parish Rosary will follow at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass in celebration of her life will be Saturday, August 10, at 2:00 p.m. at the church with Rev. Edward C. Kucera, Jr. as the celebrant. Rite of Committal will follow in the church cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
Lisa was born in Orange, Texas, on March 29, 1967, to Frank and Mary Jo (Tackitt) Buttafuoco. At age 4, the family moved to Houston to the Garden Oaks neighborhood. She attended Catholic schools, graduating from St. Pius X High School in 1985. Lisa enjoyed cooking, traveling, dancing, Christmas lights, and getting together with family and friends. She married her husband, John, July 25, 1998. Together they enjoyed many nights out dancing locally or taking a weekend trip to see a favorite band. She also loved to take trips to see various towns’ Christmas displays and touring old homes.
Her father Frank Buttafuoco precedes her in death.
Left to cherish her memories are her husband John ”J.D.” Seigle; mother Mary Jo Buttafuoco; children Emily and husband Justin Limke; David and wife Samantha Seigle; Joseph Seigle and fiancé Monique Andrews; grandchildren Gavin Fulkerson, Gage Fulkerson, Jamison Limke, Jack Limke, Anthony Westendorf, Scarlett Seigle, and Willa Seigle; brother Michael Buttafuoco and wife Shelly; nieces Courtney and husband Steven McKay, Julie and husband Bobby Baker; and great niece Sophie McKay and great nephews Kace McKay and Owen Baker.
Serving as pallbearers are Joseph Seigle, Justin Limke, Gavin Fulkerson, Gage Fulkerson, Taylor Atkins, and Troy Tackitt.
