Anderson

Lynn (Sullivan) Hildebrandt passed away unexpectedly September 18th. She is finally pain free and at peace. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Lynn was born August 5, 1950, in Navasota, Texas, to Edward Franklin Sullivan III and Joan Sullivan. The oldest of five children, Lynn grew up with deep roots in the Navasota community and spent her life giving generously to her family, her church, and those around her.

Lynn was preceded in death by her father, Edward Franklin Sullivan III; her nephews, Little Eddie Sullivan and Lucas Sullivan; and her niece, Rachel Eickenhorst.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, William Hildebrandt; her mother, Joan Sullivan; and her four sons and their loved ones: Mike Pederson and wife Pattie, Mark Edward Pederson, Randy Hildebrandt and wife Ashley, and Nick Hildebrandt and fiancé Sarah.

Lynn was a proud grandmother to Ross and his significant other Brittany, Marcus, Rylee, Rylan, Luke, Kingston, and her only granddaughter, Huntley. She was also blessed with three great-grandchildren, Bryan, Kayleigh, and James, who brought her tremendous joy.

She is also survived by her siblings and their spouses and loved ones: Anne and Jerry Moore, Eddie and Melanie Sullivan, Chick and Thomas Eickenhorst, and Buck and Tammy Sullivan, along with many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members.

Lynn was a pillar of the Navasota community and was known for her willingness to help others and her steadfast commitment to serving those around her. She taught CCE to many sharing her faith in God, and shared her love of music by teaching piano to countless young people throughout the years. Through her teaching, she touched the lives of generations of children and families.

Lynn had a deep passion for the history and heritage of Navasota. She served as Secretary of the Two Rivers Heritage Foundation and took great pride in preserving and celebrating the community she loved.

She was also a talented florist for many years, creating beautiful floral arrangements that reflected her creativity and care. Whether she was teaching piano, arranging flowers, serving her church, helping a neighbor, or simply gathering with family, Lynn had a way of making people feel cared for.

Some of her happiest days were spent at the ballpark, cheering on her grandchildren. She treasured family get-togethers and reunions, where stories were shared, laughter filled the room, and generations came together. Family was at the heart of Lynn's life, and the love she gave to them will continue through all those whose lives she touched.

Lynn leaves behind a legacy of faith, service, music, family, and love. She will be deeply missed by her family, her friends, her church community, and the many people throughout Navasota who were fortunate enough to know her.

Her life was a gift to those around her, and her memory will remain in the hearts of all who loved her.
