Randy Mack Marsh

Randy Mack, 72, of Onalaska, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at CHI St. Luke's Hospital in Livingston. Graveside service will be at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at Lake Grove Cemetery in Iola, TX, with Ricky Alderete officiating. Funeral Services are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.

Randy was born on Saturday, July 21, 1951, this was the 202^nd day of the year. He was born to Carl and Christine Marsh, in Houston, Texas. After high school Randy attended college then enlisted in the US Marines. He enjoyed living his best life hunting fishing, cooking, any outdoor activities he could venture into. He truly enjoyed hunting in the Navasota River area. He spent much of his time fishing in the Matagorda area. Randy would eventually meet his true life’s passion marrying the lady of his dreams, Constance Ann Karnes, known as Connie. Connie and Randy would share 23 years of marriage on February 14, 2024. Their fur babies are considered their children on earth; he loved JJ Marsh.  This little Jack Russell kept Randy going, never missing a beat to having a good time. JJ and all that new Randy will miss him dearly.

Randy’s faith life was one he honored and would share with anyone he met. He was baptized early in life but then felt the calling for a second baptism. He renewed his faith in Christ daily. He was an avid viewing of Pastor John Hagee. Randy studied his Bibles often. He had many that he wrote in making notes for his life and others. Deuteronomy 34 was one of his most favorite chapters in The Bible. He personally wrote that Psalm23 is to be read at his funeral. Randy loved the Lord, he had a relationship with the Lord, and he loved to share his beliefs of Christ with others.

His parents precede Randy in death.

He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Connie Marsh; his step brother, James Thomas; his beloved Jack Russell – JJ; other close friends and relatives.
