Mrs. Ruth (Davenport) Brewer, 86 of Victoria, passed away Friday, April 9, 2021 at Detor Hospital Navarro in Victoria, Texas. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, May 15th at Nobles Fuenral Chapel.
