William C. Horton, Sr., 71 of Kempner, Texas, passed away Tuesday, October 13, at his home. A graveside service will be held Friday, October 16th at 10:00 am at the Smith-Floyd Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
